As leaders, we are constantly listening. Are we hearing? There are voices inside and outside our bodies demanding attention. Robert Greenleaf asks, “Why is there so little listening?”

Listening is a disposition that leads us on an unanticipated journey of learning and leadership. The deeper you listen, the more aligned the experience with another.

In this month’s Servant Leadership Community of Practice, participants will:

• Tap into the power and potential of wholistic listening.
• Use listening as a means of weaving together relationships, understanding, and experiences.
• Create a practical set of goals that lends itself to deep listening.

Our featured speaker and learning facilitator is Vicki Wuolle, CSA, Sister of St. Agnes and Co-Creator of Thresholds Facilitating, Coaching & Consulting.

About this Conversation

Servant Leadership Community of Practice is a fully virtual offering for learning about your individual servant leadership strengths and learning new practices through small group discussion, facilitated conversations, and personal reflection. Bringing your lunch is encouraged! This event occurs on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. CST via Zoom.
