A Conversation on Servant Leadership from the Middle, featuring author Bernard Osborne

Bernard Osborne, author of Servant Leadership from the Middle, is a new, young voice for the Servant Leadership movement.

Osborne brings emerging leaders through the steps they need to be better managers while staying true to traditional servant leadership principles.

Through crucial learning lessons from his own workplace experience, Osborne invites attendees to learn more about:

• Being self-aware and seeking continual improvement as a core leadership practice.
• Using insight and reflection to make necessary changes that better our lives and the lives of others.
• Creating the right conditions for growth to happen, personally and professionally.

This session will be facilitated by Sophia Partners Executive Director and Learning Facilitator, Christa Williams.

About this Conversation

Coffee & Conversation is a platform for learning about your individual servant leadership strengths and learning new practices through small group discussion, facilitated conversations, and personal reflection. This event happens on the third Friday of each month from 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. CST via Zoom.

Community of Practice sessions are amazing opportunities for any and all area leaders to gather and learn from each other.
