Greenleaf says, “The great leader is seen as a servant first.” In this session, we will discuss what this quote means to you by exploring how your values can be the door through which you lead.

About this Conversation

Servant Leadership Community of Practice is a fully virtual offering for learning about your individual servant leadership strengths and learning new practices through small group discussion, facilitated conversations, and personal reflection. This event occurs on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. CST via Zoom.
