Who’s on your team? Your mind might go right to the workplace. Often in today’s organizations we talk about team-building, team development, and teamwork. If we stop and consider what teams we are on, we have many in addition to those in the workplace…family, friends, social, and community.
Your role as a member of a team, whether that be as a positional leader or member, is essential to elevating that team to be a ‘servant leadership team.’ In this session we will look at the topic of leading (servant leadership) teams by:

Servant Leadership Community of Practice is a fully virtual offering for learning about your individual servant leadership strengths and learning new practices through small group discussion, facilitated conversations, and personal reflection. This event occurs on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. CST via Zoom.
