Love is a universal concept. So as a leader, how do you bring love into the workplace in a way that is appropriate?
In this month’s Servant Leadership Community of Practice, we will discuss Dr. Kent Keith’s speech, “Love Them Anyway,” which was presented at the 2023 Conference on Servant Leadership at Viterbo University. He says that “love is the effective starting point for servant leadership.”
He suggests there are eight things you can do to demonstrate that you care about your colleagues, stakeholders, and employees in the workplace.
