Servant Leadership Learning Community® (SLLC) is an evolution of the Dallas SLLC program and Sophia Partners Community of Practice program for practitioners committed to creating servant-led organizations and communities. For more than 25 years, SLLC participants have gained valuable information and insight from featured speakers and peers. The sessions focus on building and strengthening servant leadership cultures in workplaces.

Authentic conversations within the sessions are facilitated by SLLC Program Partners, Christa Williams of Sophia Partners, and Matthew Kosec of Matthew Kosec Consulting, LLC.

Commitment: Three 2-hour virtual sessions, plus an in-person session at a location to be determined by each SLLC geographic area (Fond du Lac, WI or Dallas, TX).
