  • CliftonStrengths® Assessment
  • Learning Circle Model
  • Workbook
  • Individual Reflection
  • Small-Group Engagement Exercises
  • Large Group Discussion

Sophia uses a Learning Circle Model for this program where the most essential ideas, “ah-ha!” moments, and best practices come from the interaction between participants themselves, which can’t be replicated in a make-up session.
