With our learning circle approach, participants will teach and learn alongside each other, with the support and leadership of Learning Facilitators.

Topics Covered

Introduction to Servant Leadership: Teaches insight and leadership practices that are focused on leading by bringing out the best in self and others.

Strengths-based Leadership: Fosters an understanding of one’s innate way of working that inspires positive activation of those talents with self-awareness of limiting beliefs.

Servant-Leader Communication: Develops skills for engaging in creative and possibility-oriented thinking as a way of building trust, compassion, stability, and hope with others.

Servant Leadership in Teams: Equips participants with personal and group practices that are foundational to building impactful servant leadership teams.

Methods Utilized

Participants gain insight into their own leadership philosophy by examining past and present servant leadership philosophies through the following methods:

  • CliftonStrengths® Assessment
  • Learning Circle Model
  • Workbook
  • Individual Reflection
  • Small-Group Engagement Exercises
  • Large Group Discussion

Sophia uses a Learning Circle Model for this program where the most essential ideas, “ah-ha!” moments, and best practices come from the interaction between participants themselves, which can’t be replicated in a make-up session.
