This program requires a commitment to attend all sessions during the scheduled times.
Anyone – at any level – is welcome. Small business, corporate, nonprofit, education, government, healthcare, faith, etc. This series builds individual leadership capacities for all people.
Actual “homework” is less than 1 hour per session. The real homework is putting the concepts, skills, and ideas shared in the class into action in your everyday personal and professional life.

Sophia uses a Learning Circle Model for this program where the most essential ideas, “ah-ha!” moments, and best practices come from the interaction between participants themselves, which can’t be replicated in a make-up session.
Sophia is committed to making our foundational servant leadership programs accessible and affordable to anyone who wants to attend. Contact Christa Williams at hello@sophiapartners.org if a scholarship or discount would help you attend this program.
